This set consists of a turned barrel with counter weights and resin parts: a mantlet and machine gun.
This barrel was a 1942-44 standard type of a tank gun used in British tanks. This set lets you build such British tanks: Churchill Mk III, Churchill Mk IV, Crusader III and Cromwell Mk I.
Mark III was an older and shorter version of that gun.
British tanks had a lot of different types of counter weights; in that set you can find two different types of them. Of course, you can assembly the barrel with no counter weight at all; it depends on a model you are interested in building..
